Can you incubate eggs for other people?
Yes. Oak Ridge Farm offers incubation for customer-supplied eggs. Please contact us about the breed, number of eggs, timing and available capacity before bringing them to the farm.
What does a percentage of the hatch mean?
It means we keep an agreed share of the successfully hatched chicks. It is not a percentage cash charge. We consider this arrangement when the hatch is of interest to us, and agree the percentage and how chicks are allocated in advance.
What are the incubation fees?
Please request a quote for your batch. We have not published a fixed fee or hatch-share percentage. The amount or share, what it covers and the arrangements for a low or unsuccessful hatch will be agreed before starting.
Does sending an enquiry reserve a place?
No. It starts a conversation. We confirm capacity, egg intake, terms and collection arrangements with you before a booking is agreed.
