Cookies & device storage.

We use storage needed for account access and the features you request. We do not use advertising trackers. Optional PostHog analytics begins only if you choose page analytics or masked replay. You can refuse and still use the site.

Optional analytics

After your permission, PostHog counts visits to public pages using an anonymous browser identifier stored in local storage. You can separately permit masked recordings of browsing pages. Recordings exclude account, enquiry and basket screens; text and inputs are masked, and PostHog automated tools may analyse permitted recordings to identify problems. We send page paths without query strings, form answers or account details. Automatic click tracking and browser error capture are disabled. PostHog may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser contacts its service. The PostHog project region and cross-border safeguards must be checked before launch. Your yes/no preference is stored on this device for 180 days; you can change it at any time below. We do not enable cookieless tracking after a refusal.

Account sessions

Supabase authentication uses cookies beginning with sb- to maintain your sign-in, refresh a session and complete email verification or password recovery. Their duration depends on the configured account session and cookie expiry; they can persist across visits. Sign out to remove the website’s current session cookies. Your browser can also delete or block them, but blocking them may prevent sign-in.

Basket draft

oak-ridge-basket stores product references and quantities on this browser so your draft survives a reload. It is not a submitted order. It expires after seven days without a basket edit and is cleared when you submit successfully or choose to clear saved drafts.

Enquiry drafts

Guided enquiry answers stay in page memory while you work through the questions. They are not saved to the farm database before submission and are not retained on your device across closing or reloading the page. Sign in before beginning if you want to submit an enquiry.

Your controls

Your account’s privacy section lets you clear this site’s saved basket and old enquiry drafts. The analytics settings control above lets you withdraw optional analytics permission. Browser settings can remove all site data. The farm does not receive an unsent basket or enquiry draft merely because it exists on your device. Standard infrastructure requests and security logs are separate and described in our privacy notice.

External services

Following a WhatsApp or another external link opens a separate service. That service controls its own cookies and privacy practices. We do not embed a WhatsApp tracker in the page.
